Mycorrhizae Innoculum Questions

Okay, so I've been wanting to try mycorrizae fungi in my root system for a while now....
I ordered some stuff called Myco Grow soluable :

It finally arrived today, but the directions on the label are vague as hell..It comes in a one ounce bag full and it says to put one ounce for every 12 gallons of water.... It forgets to mention how often you should use it... so I'm curious as to how often I should water with the myco grow in order to establish a strong population of fungi within the roots?

2-3 times a week. You gotta remember, that stuff is alive and once you put it in water it will die quickly after, so you have to use all that you mix immediatly.Iv'e never used the product you have there, so I'm not sure about that dosage. You can't really hurt anything with it though.
