ncle Ben's Topping Technique to get 4 MAIN colas

Hi, i need some advices here. I have a 8-10 inches female that i want to keep as a mother to take cuttings every months or so, i am wondering if top out the plant to get 4 main colas, will i be able to get more cuttings out of it? and maybe more quality cuttings since the lower branches don't grow as fast as the main stem?
