Need 12x12 grow room enviroment help and ideas

I have two 12x12 rooms side by side in basement one for veg and one for bloom i have a door to get in veg room and door from veg room to bloom room. in my veg room i have 1 8in 720cfm fan connected to tee btween lights pulling air from room via hood ends through hood and venting outside window i have 3 oscillating fans in room on hi my temps are getting as high as 86 with 70%hum with 90degree temps outside . my bloom room will be running 4 1000w hps with air cooled hoods also. i need help and ideas for keeping temps btween 72 to 78 degrees and 50% humidity in both rooms. thanks for what ever help you guys can give it appreciated

you need AC for cooling.A dehumidifier to keep your moisture down. Yon need fresh air Intake and Exhaust. As far as ideas, U need to post pictures. i cant simply list ideas based on the fact you have 2 12x12 rooms with 1 cfm fan blowing heat out a window ! would love to help though !
