need a good budding fomula or tips on how to make plants more dense or thicker

will anyone please send me info on a good bud formula to thicken up my buds and also does anyone have tips on how to get really massive buds on indoor dope i am using the mesh for help with the weight on the stems and at the moment i am using a steroid based formula and THC bloom also B52 but still want better growth can growing under 1000 watt lights be the reason are 600 watt light better for bigger yeild is there any other way to promiote better/bigger buds in the last foru weeks of grow.

1000 watt hps lights are the best pretty much.Make sure you have good air movement and good intake and exhaust fans going.Add co2 it can increase yileds upt ot 80%.You can add sweet or carbo load to your feed which swells buds up to additional 20% or a simple mix of 2 tablespoons of molasses per gallon of water.

can anyone please tell me how long i should grow in vegetative state and then in flowering state as i am not 100% sure at the moment i am doing 4 weeks veg and 4 weeks flower please help

you're not doing 4 weeks flower

4-6wks for veg and then 8-10wks for budding, you can veg for longer to get bigger plants but budding takes around 8-10wks regardless.
