Hello! I am becoming a caregiver in central Maine. I am struggling as I can't seem to locate clones and we can't buy seeds right? I am still new to this. I have all of my equipment. I am just unsure of where to get any clones. I'd love any advice or just pointing me in the right direction! Thank you so much-

You absolutely can buy seeds. I have many times, never had a problem. If your shipment does happen to get intercepted by customs, you will just get a scolding letter in the package instead. If you pay the extra $10-12 for "stealth" shipping, they will reship it if that happens. I never had it happen though.
The best way to start out is seeds, imo. You avoid the headaches of strange clones (uncertain genetics, mites, disease), and you build up a seed library for later, for trading, etc.
I like The Attitude seed bank myself. Tons of freebies with every order, and there is a promotion nearly every month, big promotions every few months. Go to their web site and get on the mailing list.
There are plenty of reputable sites also, but Attitude is the one I use:

Craigslist farm and garden services section is a good place to start, also check out Medical Marijuana caregivers by state, sorry couldn't post a link, but it comes up on google, also can pm me

Cherry pie/ Chem dog/ og 18 / DWD/ 9lb hammer / mothertongue/ GSC thin mint.

Can't be ready soon enough. Lol

They just came out of the cloner and always lose their lower leaves, the big ones looked just like that when they were put into soil. Not really worried about it.

I have some sorry looking clones sometimes by the time the room is ready. Plus, I like to get them really, really tall and stretchy because of the way I grow: basement, laid over when transplanted. It works.
My point is though, that by the time they are transplanted if I haven't given them the attention they need they look like crap. BUT...two weeks or so after transplant I have a lush, green forest in the room.

Beware of Craigslist, you want seeds, go here, I have never had a problem ordering from them. I get my seeds in 7 to 10 days!
