I have 3 plants that are all in soil. I'm going to be leaving for 2 weeks and i can't water them. Also, one is separated and flowering. I need a set up to drip or something and it only needs to work for the two weeks i'm gone. Can i please get some help?

BTW, i was gonna get a sitter but turns out the older person that could can't.

the zebra thing is like crystals that hold water till the soil gets dry, but i doubt that'll cover 2 weeks.

I was in the same boat one year. I took a 55gal. trash can and drilled a hole in the side/bottom. I set the trash can on a stack of bricks to make it higher than the plants. I bought a 1/2" garden hose adapter and one of those battery operated faucet timers at Home De-pot.

I ran a drip system to each plant and set the timer to run once every couple of hours. I put a little bit of nutrient in the water before I left and tested the system for a few days to adjust the timing.

I came back after two weeks and everything was HUGE. The can still had 20 gallons of water left. The plants loved the drip system! I didn't even take it off until after I harvested because it worked so well.

I ended up using the same system many times and never had a problem.
