Ok,
Here goes, I have posted questions about this before and have gotten some good advice so hear is what I plan on doing please read this and comment if you can. I will be leaving my one five gallon bubble bucket for about 8 to 10 days. Here is how I plan to do that.
I am switching my one plant bubble bucket to a 35 gallon rubbermaid container
the one plant is about 30 days into flower (white satin so I am expecting 60-65 days total flower)
she drinks about a gallon and a half of water a day
I typically keep the nutes a 1300 @7
and the 400 watt hps and 4 200watt cfls about 1 to 1 1/2 foot away from the top of the canopy
she is about 2 1/2 to 3 feet tall (no topping or training on this one as it was my first hydro and I did not know if it would work for me... by the way it is working beautifully)
So, I was going to fill the container and use 25% the normal amount of nutes, and then move the lights up to 2 to 2 1/2 feet away.
My concerns are
1. does this nute load sound correct?
2. will the lights be far enough away, as I don't won't to come home to a pile of ashes.
Any comments would be greatly appreciated, I hate to leave at this critical time but I must.
Thanks
PJ
