From this magnified pic...seems you have wpm starting as well. What's that whitish/greyish thing on your leaf? As for testing ph of your soil with those long probes...they are not reliable to say the least!!! Only true way to get an accurate reading of your soil ph..is to take a clump of it, from the root zone only, and test it..however..in most cases, that won't be possible as you cant get to that soil with the roots holding everything together. If it were accurate with your probe..7 is too high. What exactly are you growing in? Have you inspected the under side of the leaves with a scope to check for pests?
I did and nothing two the other two seedling have nothing royal queen seeds days it cpuld.be from root bound and it was deff root bound so I transplanted it today and my blue lab soil probe saved my plants life a week ago and they not have the right hp in the soil and if been ph all the soil for everything like clones and all and they are all super green the red is leaving I mean they looking good so it might be a high ph

Need a ppm tester and some 7.0 cal solution getting the 7.0 tomorrow to recalibrate it
No worries mate.
Get back to us all, when you have the readings of both. Feed, and runoff.
Plants fine dont worry. Cant rush it. Youll make it worse.
Good luck tomorrow brothaaa :bigjoint:

looks like mite damage, you have pm as well
Check. But just be calm about it.
Now is a REALLY good time to comb over for bugs. Before tomorrow. Atleast then you can get some spray or whatever, when you get your metre fixed.
Rule out bugs today
Fix runoff tomorrow.
Goodluck mate

Dude you need to get a recipe for a mite-spray, is probably a bunch on riu somewhere, but don't spray it until you verify visually, they're not that hard to see

..the poster above said look on the underside, you see 'em mainly on the underside of leaves, I don't even know what to say about the pm, I've never dealt with it (I burn sulphur, it kills pm, fungi, etc. and the mites don't like it much either I'm told)

Just my 2c.
I see the chlorosis (yellow spots) on those large middle fan leaves appearing to be a calcium deficiency or a calcium lock out.
What I don't see is any signs of bug damage on any of the new growth above those leaves.
Does anyone see bug damage on the upper newer growth?
Wouldn't mites attack that area also?

that looks like insect damage to me, early stage mites probably. i like spinosad, but there are several options. the biggest thing is to stick to the schedule, spray every three days, at least three times in a row. i usually spray 5 times in a row, just to be safe.

depends on how far into the infestation you are. this looks very early stage. if allowed to advance, you'd see it all over, soon enough

Is there something other than the yellow spots that point to mite damage.
I see the white specks on those leaves but can't make them out. Are they an indication of mites?

all three seedlings from seed have been together their whole entire life and that's the only one showing signs and they've all been in the same tent for the last say 8 weeks but the other ones don't have any spots three different strans to

Good Luck!
Nobody likes mites, I hope you don't have them.
Many feel you do so maybe you do IDK.
Roger A. Shrubber feels you do and I put a lot into his opinion.
I'll follow and see how it develops.
I'm usually good with identifying different bug problems but I can't tell maybe because I'd expect some other areas to show something if even just minor IDK.
