so I'm just starting to figure this light out its got dimmable dial on it ...what would u recommend distance for seedlings/fresh rooted clones /after transplant/and adults ... my driver is my first post ,,,I was told it uses 250watt max
Turn the light to 50% and raise it 24 inches for first week then turn it up start lowering it to 18 inches

I just cant get a hang of this light ....is it the same approach when leafs taca means to close to light if the leaves r sagging givem more light ...I notice they make the plants use more N so iv been adding a little cal mag ...any suggestion I have my light at 34 in above cupped clones on dial 8 I feel that 10 the plants r sagging with 6 hours before light turns off ...do u think the 6500k has anything to do with that ?

Use cal/mag and provide adequate air flow. Keep temps in high 70's low 80's should work fine. If your girls are not praying they are hungry or experiencing a lack of transpiration. either way check your ec/ph and don't over water either if you are in dirt. LED's can create faster growth. daily feeding is not unusual even twice daily
