Need help designing a drip system

I want to construct a drip hydro system for vegging.

I have the lights, tray, pump etc.

I would like to know how to design and contruct the plumbing.

I have 1/2 in. tubing coming from a 300 gph pump.

I want to be able to supply from one to eight plants at any given time. I can't figure out what manifold to use or what kind of emitters I need.

I would appreciate any help anyone could give me.

OK you can just use 5/8" black tubing from home depot (the kind used for drip irrigation), you can put a valve between the pump and the drippers, use 1/4" barbs into the 5/8" tubing, with basket drippers and 1/4 in. tubing, and plug the end of the tubing with a 5/8" plug. You can use the "panty hose prefilter" for the pump (if it has no filter), or an in-line filter, to keep the drippers from clogging. Very simple. If you run into trouble, just ask the plumbing dude at home depot for help, make it sound like its for outdoor use.

You can also get the drip manifold from orchard supply (in their drip irrigation section of the store), same one that is on the how to grow mj from mr green. The manifold goes from the 1/2 inch inner diameter (5/8 inch outer) black drip irrigation tubing to the 1/4 inch black drip irrigation tubing which go to the pots by the drippers.
