need help fast :( mh conversion bulb

k, so i orderd 150w mh conversion bulb for my 150w hps setup..... its not burning bright, just the iner core starts up and glows a little, but its not getting brighter after a few minutes like it should.... any ideas??

do i have to hang mu bulb vertically instead of horizontally?

i need to figure this out ;/

well it isnt doing me much good if its not working.... lol is it possibly cause my ballast doesnt have a pulse ignitor?

can't start a HID lamp without ignitor!!!!!!!!!!

it has an ignitor..... just not a pulse ignitor.... how do you think my hps works??? lol... it has a cap too.....i dunno wtf the deal with it is.... its making me upset though
