Need Help! Not sure which problem I'm having!

I have 3 indic a and 2 saliva going about a month in veg. Right now I'm just using 4 Cfl's and 4ft shop light (In process of getting HID's). I only have a hygrometer so I know my temps stay between 72-86F. My humidity is staying at 16% and I cannot get it to go any higher. I've tried humidifier but it didn't raise it any at all. Fan blows all the time and A/C vent is run into grow room for fresh air. I just used organic potting soil with no nutrients and added vermiculite and perlite to it. And the plants are potted in big yogurt containers from wally world. I used orchid nutrients I got from Home Depot that is 25-13-14.

I feel like it might be over feeding, but i flushed them out and it seemed like bottom leaves started to yellow at the stem and some of the top leaves still turned brown around tips. The indica ones got hit harder than the sativa, but I mixed the same amount of nutrients for all, I water all with one full jug. So if anyone knows what is going on please help me out. They were going good and strong then one night they almost completely died. I went to water them the next morning and they looked like a stick in the ground!

They should've been fed a very light dose of fert, like 1/8th strength of that stuff, or even a little weaker. How did ya mix it? I'm guessing they couldn't handle it, and are getting burnt. Flushing was the right idea, just keep in mind that damage takes a couple days to set in, so they'll get a little worse before they get better, which is why it 'seemed' like the flush caused yellowing.

Major probs. Root system is fucked due to overwatering or no holes in the bottom of the wally world containers. No air getting to roots. Only water after the pot feels very light.

Thanks for the quick response.
----I have holes in the bottom of the containers, so that is not the issue.

I did a tiny bit of nut, like a pinch amount. But it was probably too much for it like you all said. Thanks for the reassurance of the problem.
