need help on Jr

first time postin here, so I got a question. Ive got two plants and one is doin real well, its already flowering and it looks like diesel (this is my first time growing and I dont even kno where the seeds came from) the other one... its also female an you can see the white pistils and the orange pistils, but it looks premature. You can clearly see the female parts/buds/flower and the buds/flowers are growing in size(length), but the flower parts are not "flowering". Hard to explain and I can not get any clear pictures, another interesting detail is that the plant's fan leaves no longer look like marijuana leaves with the jagged edges. Now what Im wondering is, I have this plant in a roughly five gallon (maybe a lil more lil less) pot with my other plant that is doing just fine, both plants are real close to each other too (bad planning from the beginning) could the healthy plant be causing the other plant "Jr" to develope like this? all premature... its like the plant started to but then just stoped... any help??

You never plant more then one plant in a container.The roots will compete for food and water and the strongest will survive and choke off the others. I assume in 5 gallon bucket your useing a 600 or 1000 watt hps light.Can the little one get any light under the bigg plant as bad lighting will cause air buds or buds that seem to be turning color but no getting bigger.Its usually a situation of bad lighting and inexpirence.

in experience yes, not much the bad lighting they both get adequate lighting... but that sounds about right so most likely Ill have to replant Jr
