So right now just have the cheap soil tester the 3 in 1 kind. When I check the pH is saying 7.5-8 one of my plants have started showing something is not right n I'm not sure what it is. BTW they are bout 3 weeks old. Oh and the stock is turning purple. Its the one on the left.

First off, toss the soil tester. They are so inaccurate you will be chasing a wrong pH. They really are bad news.

The plants look Ok, don't go adding shit when they are that young. But, the mix does look light on aeration and THAT can cause problems. Would suggest adding more perlite to the mix you're going to xplant into to lighten it up. Too dense mix is not good.

What is the mix? Additives? Lights, ect?

The soil is an old bag soil not used in the container garden mixed lightly whit a super soil mix. There is a rock wool cube in the cup as well so its not all dirt. I know it looks compacked but its not. Not sure of water ph yet as my tester pin is on its way (order it of amazon yesterday) but it is tap water that sits for a couple of days (lid off)before i use it. I'm running a 4' 2 bulb t5 right now in a 2x4 tent humidity goes from 45%-70% working on getting that under control. Temps go from 68-75

PH is too high if that measure is true. Your phos will be fine at the level but your iron will be held up and the plant will quickly result in chlorisis which is often combated wrongly with N.
I love how people assume the plant will fix that issue on its own. Not that much of a swing it wont. Stoner logic believing nonsense. A 6.0 pH is 10 time more acidic than 7.0 pH. An 8.0pH is one hundred times the acidity that 6.0 is. Cannabis in soil wants 6.3 ideally.
Plants look drenched though so it is hard to see the medium. They need a new pot and some food IMO too. Mix a little extra peat if you want to see the pH drop.

The peat cups wont break down very well so dont leave them in the cups when you transplant. The cups will restrict good root growth. Theyre fine other than that. Compost the cup or tear it up and put it in your medium.
