I'm in the same boat as you. I can't decide on what type of set up I want to buy.. Im on a budget at this point so I've been leaning towards the Apollo 600w grow kit for a 4x4 scrog.

Citizen is what I have for my room I need 48 citizen clu048-1818 if I went with cree3590 I need 72 for the same area same wattage same ppfd
Edit= I am getting quantum boards for veg robin has the 1812 cob and timber has the 1212 and 1818 depends on the setup

You are looking at 2 different cobs yes they both are citizen but they have several different models the one from robin is the 2nd top cob from citizen 1 step up from the 1818
