I need help with the setting up of the exhaust system because I have a 6" inline fan and it leaks light like crazy so I need a way of being able to get rid of nasty air without dealing with light leak, post pix if u have to but please help. oh also what a good way of setting up intake? passive?
I have a light fixture in there with 2x cfl"s and I will be adding one of those 2' tall fans that just chills there and moves back and forth to move the stale air around. by the way I know your probably saying "oh u dont need all that" yes I do it gets hot as shit in my house im all the way up on the 5th floor with central air in the damaged department and I plan on getting a 125W single cfl when they get a bit bigger right before they are put in the 250W hps room.

so any help on how to get air in and out discreetly is greatly appreciated

Thanks guys.

most of the designs ive seen use ducting and carbon scrubbers. a couple angles and a filter should kill the light leak. i've seen boxes with right angles in them used before as well, but i would think they would take up more space than some ductwork.

fans are good. they recirculate air, cool your plants, and simulate breezes that promote strong stems and branches.
