I have build this cree cxb 3070 light fitting already as pictured, its not as pretty as some others on here but it seems to be working fine.
There are a few photos in this post or the next.
Here is the room im looking at.
Plan one scrogged plant maybe two max under this small 200 watt light.
Things i dont know- pot size to use, id like around 8-10 ounces if i could. i used to grow and work in a nursery so i think 8-10 ounces is feasible.
Just never scrogged before and not sure of what pot size would be best.

So what gap beween pot and screen will i need,
what distance between light and screen for a 200watt cob led?
any other tips welcome.
