So, I'm about to start week 4 of flowering and I'm running into problems. The tips of my leaves started to die... not much, I'd say barely a 1/16th of an inch. My sativa had incredibly dark leaves which I figured was an excess of N. Well, this is my first hydro grow and I wasn't leeching my rockwool enough because I finally flooded the shit out of it with fresh water and the PPM coming out was around 5000. :O

Fast forward a few days... I flushed until the runoff was at a PPM of 300-400. During that time my 2 snow whites started to get a slight reddening on their stems which I then thought could be from flushing and a lack of phosphorous since they're growing pretty aggressively. Once again I'm feeding them their typical stuff. I use GH 3 Part of the Regular Flora series and that fucking company pisses me off. I swear to God I've seen like 7 different feed schedules all in .pdf format. How in the fuck do I know what to feed? I'm using a feed chart that says in week 3 of flowering use 3mL Grow, 8mL Micro, 14mL Bloom which brings my tds to around 1200ppm.

Now, my plants stems are still reddening even more and the fucking leaves are now starting to turn shit yellow at all the tips on some of the fans. My pH is spot on... even on the runoff it is a steady 5.7-6.0. The temp is a touch high at 83 in the tent but that isn't so bad. The light isn't burning them because my colas look lovely... its just the leaves below them.

If you read that wall of text I thank you. At this point I'm certain they were getting slight nute burn because the tds in my rockwool slab was astronomical but now I feel like they're having a deficiency somehow. A few leaves at the bottom have yellowing spots that are pretty much dead. And this is primarily only happening to my snow whites which are flowering much more aggressively than the sativa. I made another newb mistake and put the sativa in the same slab as 2 indicas so yea... that sucks and I can really tell the different strains utilize nutrients much differently. The leaves on my indicas didn't turn dark dark green but the sativa did and it went back to normal when i dropped the N concentration.

So what would you do? Up the concentration?:joint:

edit: I'll try to take some more pics buy my camera blows and doesn't really show it.
