Hello all. I have a super lemon haze that is just over 7 weeks into flowering and i have done something either really smart, or very stupid...
I cant get pics so try to visualize(i can post pics later today) I am just growing 1 plant, using 150 watt hps and some cfls.
My plant has 4 main colas that shot up over 2 feet above the rest of the plant. So the bottom 2 feet of the plant is really bushy with small buds all over, and the 4 colas are pretty big...but not as big as i was hoping, so what i did is....
i took the 4 main colas and basically spread them out. LSTing i guess its called, but i took the main branches and tied them down so now insatead of the plant being 4 ft tall, its about 4 ft wide and about 3 feet tall, and i lowered the 150 watt light way closer to the bottom.
So now basically, the 150 hps is focused on the bottom part of the plant now, and the cola's are so far away from the hps but i put cfls above them.
My question is,,, is it too late to be doing all this? im already7 weeks into flower,ive heard u can flower SLH for up to 11 weeks. Should i be focusing on the colas or would it be better to focus this last month on the bottom bushy part of the plant?
