Need some help please?

This plant was transplanted from outdoor into my 1000w hydro system. I use rockwool and hydro clay with GH Nutes. I have or had an algae problem. See the plant was doing fine when I noticed that my resi had algae inside and it was 2 day old water. So I found some 35% HP. I'm flushing my system with plain water @ 3ml HP per gallon. I have changed out my resi with a thick black storage bin thats definately light tight. How long should I flush? Basically what should I do next? I've posted before and after pics.

I would flush the lines and system for a good couple of hours to make sure the algae did not get caught up in the pump or lines. if possiable put some kind of filter on the return to resivoir and check it a couple times a day and see if any algae was caught if not you should be good to go.
