Silver or lead

Title says it all. I've run in to a situation where I couldn't get to my room during the light period to water. What light can I use during the dark cycle so I can get in there and do a little watering.

Preferably something from Amazon.

If I need to work during a dark cycle I use a clamp on bulb housing that I would clamp to the nearest hood with a green party bulb from the local hardware store.

I remember reading somewhere that filters and party bulbs were a bad idea and that they were putting out a lot more than just green light, and that the only safe way to get real green light was with a green led.

I never use any color light during the dark period, since I know that the plants can certainly use green light, and I believe we're just better off not going there. However in an emergency situation I would try to use the tiniest amount of green led possible and try not to shine it directly onto the plants. And obviously do what needs to be done as quickly as possible.

Sorry for the late response, but this is the best thing going right now for those who do garden in the dark. 50 foot rolls, water proof, 15 bucks, Amazon.
