Need your advice on the right strain

This is going to be a small in door grow under 600 watt MH/HPS. I need advice on a strain to pick. I am looking for a good balance between quality, flowering time and yield. I prefer the uplifting effect of a sativa dominant plant, so for me, that would mean quality. I would like to see it flower in less than 9 weeks and yield about 400 G/m2 in doors. Quality would be by far the most important of the 3 parameters, so I can accept lighter yield & longer time to grow.
Anyone have suggestions?

if you have the room, i would suggest sour hazy jones.. check out a grow journal and or the smoke report on here by the one and only skunk munkie.. he's killed it once again, and says it's one of his top smokes thus far.. he's even talked so much good about it, he talked me into cracking some of mine for this grow as well..
the only thing i think he said is it really stretches in flower, so if you'd have to take that into account with the size of the vegged plants.. i think he said it went like 80 days or a lil more, but yielded really well for him though, and all of it is aaa grade nugage, i'd take that compromise anyday, as a matter of fact, i am, lol..

imo, the best bet is og kush. super quality, great high.
and with some training i think your yields would be pretty good.

Don't go straight sativa or indica.

Your best yields are going to be from sativa/indica hybrids.

Strains that I think are superior that also fit your parametres:

Jack the Ripper - got this going right now, and it's f****** dank. 8 week harvest, sativa-like high.

Killing Fields - this one from Sannie's seeds. The price is excellent and Sannie is an all-around great guy to work with. Put it this way, Subcool was asked what other breeder's beans he would buy, he said "Sannie's".

If you don't mind a slightly longer harvest period, my personal fav is DJ Short's blueberry.
