neglected plants from a friend.. need help

aye fellas i just got 2 plants that were neglected by a friend so i took it out of his hands. the plant were vegged for 2 months. i just put in my room and trimmed the dead leaves and tied it down cause it was super stretched. now its in the room flowering. heres the pictures. also i think one of them is a female.

quick question. when tying down my plant i kind of snapped the main stem. will that kill my plant and also it kinda started to leak from the bend i think theres a hole where the bend is at. it didnt snap completly here the pics...

It should be fine where it snapped. As long as there is no big tears in the stem. I twisted my stems to "break" them on purpose. Right now your plant is working overtime healing the wound ans should fatten up to prevent it from happening again. It should make a knot like thing when it heals. It will also help the lower branches get nice and big. 90 degree bends are perfect.

man lookin gat ur plants I was gonna say go easy on that bending. supposed to be done over time. that stem looks fine. u will need to prop it up/stake it so the fluids dont get cut off. than leave her be for a week
