Neon orange spots on leaves

24 hours ago i watered with 1 teaspoon tiger bloom and 3. Teaspoon of big bloom.in one gallon of water,68 degrees,
Ph after adding nutes was a steady 6.3 .
Now i have several places on the leaves that are bright orange. As you can see in the picture attached.can any one help me before i screw this up good. This my first indoor grow.

Doesn't look like nutes to me. I think it is likely physical damage to the leaf from getting moved around or something.

Out of a hundred different strains I've grown, I've twice seen plants ooze bright red drops. I believe this is the occurrence of guttation, where sap exodutes temporarily reverse flow due to high water pressure in the root zone and closed stomata. A big drop in barometric pressure may be needed as well. I've seen it after pruning or super cropping, not on buds, but it can occur on buds as well. I understand red pigment in sap exudates is somewhat uncommon.

Not sure that's what you have, but the only thing I know that can produce that color.
