Hello everybody, hope everybody is fine :D
im new here, sorry for my crap english im from europe, but i read a lot about led, spectum ,pcb ( almost made mine when led strip came out) , but im still a bit lost about led strip, and need your advises to finish my list setup,
my goal is to made the same structure than progrowtech (i put you picture of their device did but with my size , because theire are too big ,we'll try to do the same but cannot make theire amazing led pcb strip mixed 2700/6500 + 660nm) :

- so i made a wardrobe which is 75" x 35" for 110" height ( 190cm x 90cm x 280cm )
i let 30" (75cm) height for vegetativ clone and mother space and 70" (175cm )height for the bloom area ( i let some height space for cable ventilation and co), the wardrobe space will be cut on the height to get the same surface for each area ( the vegetativ area will be movable for more conveniance and praticity)
- i made you some draw to show you how i imagine the stuff, tell me if its good and the question will be after that!! (thank you if you read until there! <3 ) :

My question are:
- i need led rigid strip witch size is 20" long (50cm )x 1,14173" large(3cm) to fit perfectly with those heatsink
https://www.led-tech.de/en/CoverLine-Aluminium-LED-Profile-without-Cover
they have to be 40w each so 80 led at 0,5w max , i think for this lenght strip, led are well space
do i have to take :
- the nichia Alustripe PCB NICHIA 757 Tunable White 2700/6500K ?
https://www.led-tech.de/de/50cm-Alustreifen-NICHIA-757-Tunable-White-2700-6500K

or these from cutter! :
https://www.cutter.com.au/proddetail.php?prod=cut3318
- the Samsung Q Series Strip with LM301b ? ( i read than their are interesting but at very low wattage :/)
- the samsung F-Series Gen3 strip ??
- the Bridgelux EB Series Gen 2 ??
the nichia really interesse me for the spectre and the perfect size of their strip ( perfect for the heatsink size)
what do you think, witch led brand i have to choice, i want the best efficiency guyz!
if its not nichia ill go for a full 3500k spectre + my bloom ehancer strip ( see the draw ^^ )
we are going to get for each structure:
- 9 strips 40w
- 3 bloom ehancer strip
around 450w@100% , i wanna use them @75% between 350 and 400w to keep some power if i want to put the light higher.
I will need 3 rainbow disco led structure ( well call that this way^^) in my floower so its gonna be between 900 and 1200w in it.

its meant to be close to the canope a 18" and my goal is between 800 to 950 ppfd everywhere.

ill go for this kind of structure:
https://www.led-tech.de/de/SYSTEM-Profil-50cm-20x20

https://www.led-tech.de/de/CoverLine-Abschlusskappe-mit-Schlitz

https://www.led-tech.de/de/3M-Waermeleitklebestreifen-fuer-50cm-Alustreifen
everything is here to make a beautifull lights!
thanks you guyz if you read until there!! really apreciate the time you spent on me!! sorry for my crappy english, love love. Grisbi

Don't really know much about the Nichia strips, but it seems you've got it figured out.

It's a good looking build! I'm looking forward to seeing your finished setup! Keep posting :)

thank you for the interest man!
but i reallyconfuse, i tryed hard to get more information about thoses nichia...but im perplex, we can read everywhere than they can go up the 200lum/w ( i know its on the highest kelvin product) but when you read the real spec on some website it more like between 120 and 140lm/w :???::?
i give you a link to prove that, if some guyz are better to me to read spec ill will be greatfull to healp meeee
https://www.ledrise.eu/nichia-nfsl757grs075-3030-package-warm-white-mid-power-smt-led.html.html
https://www.lumitronix.com/en_gb/multibar44-led-strip-neutral-white-763lm-44-leds-50-cm-24v-50859.html

and this is the official website where there is all the spec:
http://www.nichia.co.jp/fr/product/led_search.html?op=cond=whatsnew='757G-V2'

what do you think guyz?

They seem to be very good according to the spec sheet at:
https://www.ledrise.eu/amfile/file/download/file_id/13498/product_id/2558/

The amount of lm/w varies depending on the current they are being run at like every other LED. The higher the current, the lower the efficiency... But i can't recommend these strips because i have never used or measured one. So, sadly, my hands are tied... But you're welcome to try them and show us your results. I think it could be a very good experiment.

yes yes i know than the higher current is lower efficiency will be, but i m not really good at reading the spec :/ if you tell me than the spec are correcte, then ill try them, just wanna know how many lm/w they give @75% and @100% of they power ( with a heatsink of course)?
edit: ok i saw the spect are realaly ok! so im conforting on those nichia!!

a nice guy from ledgardner gave me that link :
discovered the lumiled 3535l , when you see the first model realeased, it was ookkk.... like 145lm/w but in theire site you can see than the futur "LUXEON 3535L HE Plus (Square LES)" gonna be amazing! : 200lm/w @4000k 70cri

-so now....someone here know when those LUXEON 3535L HE Plus (Square LES) led will came out on strip?
https://www.mouser.com/ds/2/602/DS203-542378.pdf

wanna know sooooo BAAADD when the luxeon 3535 he plus ( square LES) will be sold on strip????????

they are going to be:
- cri 70/80/90
-2200k a 6500k
-154lm/w (2700k 90cri) to 200 lm/w @ 6500k@70cri with a very nice 190lm/w @3500k@80 cri!
we can see than the cri change lot of stuff about the spectre , and i think theire 2200K mixed with them 3000k @80 cri gonna give amazing red cover
Mouser sell the "Round Flat" model, if you know something about the "square" model of those led, tell me!
thx

Subed

I'm very interested in those PCB board for a 600 watt project
im intend to make led strips with cutter (waiting for his answer, plizzzz mark :oops: ) :
nichia 2700k double row + 660 nm
nichia 4000k double row + 660nm
each strip about 20" (50cm) long x 1" (2,5cm) large @40w . 2 channels by strip : one for the white ( nichia , double row ) one for the red
i will put 9 strips for each structure ratio 3:1 @2700k strips + 660 nm for flower room and 3:1@4000k strips and 660 nm off
The new cutters pcb are AMAZING but my room size is too weird for them, so strip up!
cheers!

ps: i deeply dream also about strips with nichia 757 and new cree xd... killer combo with the red strip too

ps2: if someone know a website or privider for acrilyque sealed cover system for led strip, to protecte them from water sprinkle, or aluminium frame with cover for led strip, can you give me that pliz, i searched that a loooot and dont find anything :wall:
arigato gosaimasuuu!!

I'm also in Europe so it nice to see an led person leading the pack

I built a 600watt citizen cob light and couldn't be happier with it

Check out my thread. Randomblame gave me a tip to use special silicone based clear coating to spray. I was looking to protect them inside a greenhouse. Aluminium profiles / acryl covers are also avaible, but the are expensive (from what I researched). There is also acryl glas avaible with a transparency of >92%, custom size, so you can close the whole fixture (as I did for an aquarium light).

What do you like?

@Serva <3 waking up and read that comment/support made my day beautifull <3

-for the silicone coating i would love but it seems decrease a lot the performance of strip no?
- for the acry glass available with 92% transparency i would looove too!! seem to be the solution ! whhheere can i find this kind of custum made service fixture ? didnt find anything, if you have it, could you share with me?
-for the Aluminium profiles / acryl covers: i tryed a loooooot on alibaba, on google!! a loooot and didnt find an aluminium profil witch has: good thermal dissipation + acryl cover + able to accept 25mm width strips

edit ps: look what i found :
http://www.ledlighthousing.com/sdp/1558223/4/pd-6229723/12646967-2653365/LED_Linear_hanging_light_housing_LED_pendant_Ligh.html
or
http://www.51847.lightstrade.com/view/516736/LED-wash-wall-casing-wall-washer-aluminium-led-lighting-profile.html#
should be amazing with this kind

ahahah @lukio if you knew how bad im on electricity and diy man!! i had to learrrrnnn so much about spectre and led this year!
im looking for some quality diy part, ill put link here to make our dream led strip structure!

for the led strip cover i think ill go on this one (looovely one) on 550mm version:
Fits 25mm width PCB.
just need to sealing the strips ( PCB + LEDs) to make IP65.
ill go for Transparent PC cover - flat one

That is a sexy bit of metal! makes me want to build things!

i need 10 foot ceilings so i can build multilevel flower stations...

this website you posted https://www.led-tech.de/en/New-Products is great, thanks!
thank you man, from a guy witch i admire, i feel good now! multilevel growing sound realisable now :)
becarefull lukio, the nichia strip from led-tech are not the good one, they use old nichia :/
but their osram ssl strip are sexy!
im happy the factory who do the "sexy bit of metal" has so nice stuff for us, and they will make me tempered glass sealed stuff ( its better no? better transparancy? sorry my english's not the best)

ask the guyz from cutter to make us" nichia + 660nm strip" lukio, maybee if lot of people ask he will

ps: exemple of attachement system
im dreaming about a cliping easy system ;)

im a noob, bro - the plants kick my ass every time!

I do really like the Osram stuff, i have a 400w osram ssl80 panel and it kicks ass! its a budmaster GOD9. its way overpriced but it does really well in a 4x4 so its more than paid for itself (: i do definitely prefer the white light though.

im not sure whats best, maybe someone like @Randomblame or @CobKits can help there.

cant you buy red 660nm strips anywhere?

Attachment system looks sweet!

You should maybe put this in the led section? you could ask Sunni, she's been helpful moving my stuff before
