New Aerogarden Medical Grow! DJ Short Blue Moonshine

I'm reminded of how much I don't like the aerogarden when I'm filling up the res twice a day. hah!

My ladybug army is working overtime, they're like little minions, swarming all over the place.

GOD DAMN INCHWORMS! I found another one in the act of chewing through my beautiful fan leaves.

How should I kill these sons of bitches.?

I would think the classic neem oil should do them in, but i haven't ran into any pests as of yet *knocks on wood*

this is my first go with them. They make me so angry, those larvae destroy a leaf in no time, whenever I catch them I squeeze the green goo out of em, trying to ruin my happy feelings.

If I have a plant with the begginings of buds on it in the same room will the neem oil mess with the buds? or is it all good?

yeah you should be good, people deal with pest in flower too

It doesn't feel that far along, I think the pests helped slow things down.

The buds may have slowed em down, but they should still do good.

Yeah it's looking healthy again, I finally have the pest problem under control (knock on wood) and it's moving forward. I don't think it's that behind schedule, I should start seeing the beginning of buds soon.

Lawl, plant is dead. Had to go out of town for an emergency for 48 hours and that was more then enough time for the 1 gallon aerogarden reserve to dry up. Damn shame, but reminded me again why the aerogarden is not worth messing with for this.

It's not the end of the world, the real aero system is still churning, but I reccomend everyone drop kick there aerogardens out the window (or start growing some herbs in it).

This will be SFimage's last aerogarden grow ever!

booo it was so pretty tho, lol its so easy to make a bubble setup, get a big light proof bin or bucket, buy bubblerock and an air pump. all piecd together at local walmart, some sort of net or basket and a grow medium, and ur set. recently got my order of rockwool from homedepot.com to c how she really works out, not just this mockup shot i took with some sponge cut up lol

Do everything I did except kill the plant hah.

Parklax: I know, total bummer, my last grow I used larger buckets and did DWC, I decided I don't like maintaining multiple dwc reservoirs so I went looking for a new system to run. I settled on stinkbud's DIY aero/nft system. you can read more about it at stinkbuddies.com
