New DWC set-up

I'm switching to hydo and have to design my own set-up. I've read up on it and know that any additional help will be much appreciated.I have decided not to do aero as I do not have room for a reservoir.
DWC setup
1. Container is a 34 x 16 x 12 h, clearish plastic so I'll be duct taping to prevent algae growth.
2. Lid; I'll have to cut holes for the baskets. I'll have 10 baskets to cut holes for. Any suggestions on how to do this? I guess a jig saw will do the job.
3. Air pump and stone. I think I need more than one air pump and stone since it is 34 in long. Will 2 be enough?
4. Fill and drain will be on the side. Should drain be low about 1 1/2 from bottom? Maybe fill on top.
5. Lights are a T-5 until flowering. Then into flower room with UFO's.
6. Coco fiber for growing medium. What size baskets? I got the largest.
7. Fox Farm for the nutes. I had good luck with this in soil.
8. Clones are in rockwool cubes growing roots now.
9. Have PH meter and a ppm meter. Any other tools I might absolutely need?
10. My clone/veg area is an attic eve. Not very high. 36" I'll veg until they are 12" high. Then they get transferred to my flower area.
11. Have fans for circulation. Have thermometer/hygrometer.
12. CO2 when flowering.

Hopefully my clones will be ready and my set-up ready this weekend. I will post pictures later when this is done. I know this is more complicated than soil but I want bigger and faster yields. Have I missed anything???
Thanks!

Great thinking... Hydro is really the way to go :)

Use a hole saw, you can get these at any hardware store and they attatch to a drill.

Dont skimp out on the airpump!!! You get back what you initially put into your grow.. You need lots of bubbles. I would look into getting them long 12" jobbers.

Maybe 2 dual output high perf. air pumps with 4 12" air stones..would be ideal! :)

Your dead on with the nutes, make sure you follow the manufacturers feeding schedule for optimal results. http://www.foxfarmfertilizer.com/hydrofeed.pdf

I think your looking pretty damn good. Grow on!! & good luck.

Any questions, feel free to pm me.

Im using fox farms and bubblers. Come on over to my crib, and take a look. The link is down by my signature.

Buh Bye :)
