new grow room and grow ?'s

sorry if i get detailed and ask questions that i probably allready know. im somewhat of a "perfectionist" and i like to make sure everything is perfect and make sure i know every single detail about everything before i get into it. i try to get things as close to "perfect" as possible. newayz...

LIGHTING
600w hps w/ easycool 6 reflector
4 26w 6500k spiral cfl's
3 23w 2500k spiral cfl's (one blew)

i wanted to make a 4x4 grow space. i can make it bigger but i think that 4x4 is all ill need.

VENTING AND ODOR CONTROL
2 250 cfm 6 inch inline fans
uvonair 1000

i should mention that i dont have any of this stuff yet but its what i plan on buying very soon to start my grow room. except for the cfl's i have them.


my questions...

is 250 cfm 6 inch inline fan going to be enough to cool a 600w hps through the "easycool 6 reflector"?

i did the math up and i can only grow 4 ft plants. is that tall enough for most strains?

how long will it take to grow an average strain 4 ft high? like i know i need to start flowering at about 2 ft but im just lookin at a round about time to begin harvest. which brings me to another question...

would i be better off growing 4 or 6 plants? i dont know if my yield would be better with 4 4 ft plants or 6 4 ft plants or even 6 3 ft plants.

id say i smoke an oz a month so im tryin to just grow enough to last me till my next grow would get done. i guess an oz is the least per plant i can yield and its been awhile but i think i read that the average plant is done in 6 months...right? so basically if it takes 6 months to complete a grow im lookin to yield 6 ozs. the more the better though...that way i can smoke more

Ive got a similiar set up running. I am running 2x400watt HID in a 4x4 tent though. Your setup sounds good. You can run atleast 10 plants with that amount of light and get 1.5oz dry per plant. Look into LST for height and also topping to get 4 colas as well. LST and topping will get you extra bud and help with height issues. Just use the search function or look around...there are tons of threads with detailed info.

actually the search doesnt work. i search the simplest things and it ALWAYS tells me "no results". i thought it was a bug with the forum but i guess not. i would like to search for this stuff but i cant. 10 plants under a 600w hps? that sounds like to much. do you mean if i lst them and top them i can get 10 plants under there? thanx for the info i'll definetly look into that stuff.
