new guy in need of advice

New to the forum hi.. So erm i got a 8th baggy off my friend and i rolled a couple and thought it tasted weird like cheese and on the end of one of the buds they where turning whiteish.

So i cut them off then looked around net about it (how i found this site lol) and was wondering if it was mold because all the forums i looked at said white stringy bits but i cant see any white stringy bits in the weed. I smoked 1st one about 20 hours ago so would i be feeling the effects now if it was bad?

And also do u think the rest will be safe to smoke i mean only a little bit had what i think was mold on it :/

i have never really seen that on a bud....did you ask your friend?

yeah i woke him up and he checked his stash 6 ounces of it was the same just white bits here and there hes going crazy :/ lol but im kinda worried tho because ive already smoked some of it :/
