Dont get too carried away, the courts just told Canadians they can continue to produce licenced MJ @ home for a while longer.
IMHO - Once any corporation gets involved in production, profits become the first nail in the coffin. The product will never be as good as homemade.
The conservative government has only changed its course on this issue because it sees a huge corporate money tax grab ripe for picking.
Thats the only reason they have tried to outlaw personal production, they even state the fact in court when they argued that personal production @ home is a threat to the fledgling corporate go-op industry.

There will be a constitutional exemption. Price is the number one barrier to access and those that want to grow and can grow will continue to be allowed to grow. People with extremely large scripts cannot even find an LP to provide them with their limits. It won't matter because after the next election it will be legalized and all will be right in the world.
