Who died and left Texas Congressman (R) Lamar Smith the sole authority on what U.S. residents can ingest in their bodies no matter where they are in the world?
Not only won’t Congressman Smith allow a hearing on the Ending Federal Marijuana Prohibition Act of 2011, he now wants to impose U.S. drug policy on all U.S. residents, even if they are in a different country.
