New Seeds KC33 - How do I germinate?

Hi all,
New here so go easy! lol
Just had some new KC33 seeds - But I keep finding different info on how to germinate and how to plant them for indoor growing.
Can anyone help please

Personally, I like to soak my seeds for 12 hours and plant them in soil in solo cups. I use Happy Frog soil with about 30 percent perlite for germination.
