new to hydroponic growing with a few questions

hello out there im running my first hydroponic set up flood table using hydroton with gh
floragrow,floramicro,florabloom and koolbloom also running 2 strains black water og
and big bud myquestions are
how many times a day should i flood table and how many days per week
any tips would be helpful i am not new to growing just hydroponics

try flooding every 3 hours in 15 minute intervals while the lights are on.
dont flood in the dark!
