new veg cab

this is just a mother cab for cuttings for my outdoor grow this year. but i dont think ive done too bad a job on it.

ok, as you can see in the 1st pic there, they were dresser drawers. so i took out the drawers, and disassembled them (being carfull not to break them). then using the thin ply on the bottom of the drawer, i then connected the fronts off the drawers using it (you can see in pic 5). and then attached it with hinges to make the door.

i still need to fit the pc fan, andit still needs to be made totally light proofed, but i have an old foam camping mat, that seems to work, so ill get on it tomoro. i only have 2x20w cfl in the cab but intend to add another 2 of them in a couple of days. heres a couple of pics of the lights, but i will update as i work on it.

what do you think??

ive been meaning to make a cab almost identical to the one u have made, im not sure if i will end up going threw with it because i already have a very nice cab in my closet but i may take apart 1-2 drawers and use it for clones and possibly vegging... Good work so far, and yeah make sure u get very good ventilation in there... i did a stealth speaker grow and even with 2x pc fans for intake and exaust it still got well over 100 inside and over night cooked my first lants beyond recovery

is that enough light? i was going to build a rubbermaid 50gal container that can fit 15 clones in there up to 7" tall, and wanted to put (2) 125W (actual wattage) CFL's in there at 6400K, would it be to much light and burn em?

it is a really cool idea, and it's got me looking at old drawers in my outhouse as i just made a simple rubbermaid-style veg box and reckon i need another but i'm feeling a bit stingy lol... +rep
