Newbie Heeeelp Plant problem

Sorry i have no picturees im a newbie to this website and to growing :[. My plant is just a few weeks into growing. Just a few days ago it the stem started to turn yellow the leaves are fine and everyone says its overwatering Any help?

Are you using any nutrients ? cause it's probably to early. sounds like a problem with the ph/fertilizers

I just put it in some soil that i had flowers in it. its an outside plant btw

i see you're a newbie and all so off the bat im gonna say, don't get all stirred up cause something is changing in color. plants naturally change color and lose leaves as they grow older and use up shit. if it was overwatering you would know because it would look like it just took a shower within 30minutes after watering. do some research on what to do next and adding fertilizer.
