[newbie] Will this grow?

I recently became interested in growing plants for my own use so i bought some seeds of a friend which were in his weed. I am germinating this in a cherry tomato carton sandwiched between two pieces of damp shamWOW towels. So far they have been in there for 2 days and have swollen a bit and turned darker green. I'm just wondering how long it usually takes for it to sprout and if the set up i have right now is sufficient enough.

could take a while dude. up to 10 or 11 days or some bullshit. patience is rewarded tho.

i thought all hingeheads were born with the innate knowledge of growin pot?

if i was you i would junk those seeds buy some more put the seeds in a wet paper towel and a plastic baggy and put them in youre underware drawer my seeds were germinateing only 2 days before they craked the butiful faces out of those seeds.

if they are green they wont do anything because they are imature mate try pick n mix seeds you can buy single feminised seed there for a couple of quid

Alright thanks for the help guys. I'm going to keep germinating this seeds but i'll probably buy some legit seeds if these fail. I know theres plenty of stores downtown Toronto that sell them.
