Newly transplanted clones are wilting

Hello i brought home 18 clones put them under 75 watt cfl for a couple days, they did pretty good.

NYC diesel
white rhino
durban poison
purple passion
jack flash

I put them into 5 gal bucketts, i used advanced nutrients, b-52, f-1, sensei grow part a and b. sunshine mix #4

I diluted the feed solution slightly from the recomended feeding amount. Fed each one about a liter/ 18 to 24 oz, or so of nute solution, and 3 times i foliar sprayed with a fine mist with an even more diluted solution then the feeding solution.
I put them 30- 34 inches from a 1000 watt hps bulb.

I have fans going, the temp fluctuates tho from the 70's to the 90's and my humidity is very low 30 to 40%.

10 hrs later my healthy well rooted clones are wilting a droopy.

should i get a humidifier, and put them back under the cfl's. Also what if i give them 8 hrs light and then about 4 hours later put them on an 18/6 schedule .

I just got these suckers and dont know wha there last light schedule was!!

How should i get them back on track?

Well, here's what seems to be the issue. And of course, I'm not in your grow room, so it's hard to tell for sure.

The first thing that stood out for me was the temperature. The fluctuations seem to be a bit much. So, to compensate for that, it seems like you might want to try to use a humidifier as the air might be getting too dry from all that heat.

Now, if that doesn't work, I think you might want to increase the strength of your nutes. While diluting Advanced Nutrients is something that I recommend to friends and to other growers, it seems like you might need to kick it up a notch.

Just check out the Advanced Nutrients calculator on their site for the amounts since I don't know them off hand. Or I generally like to call their kick a-- customer service line. Nothing quite like talking the ears off the professionals.

Now, wilting in the absence of any other symptoms seems to be a water issue or a nute issue, but typically both in my experience. Try amping up the Advanced Nutrients program you have (to normal levels, don't get crazy) and see how things go. Bringing in the humidifier and seeing how else you might be able to cool down your plants would be helpful too, I think.

I wouldn't screw with your lights too much right now. See how these other things work out for you first and then you can start playing with the lighting.

But I think just a few little changes are going to make all the difference for you.

Good luck - and keep us updated, k?

:bigjoint:I would think that putting them under 1000 watt light is the problem. I always start them out slowly, first with almost no light, then a bit more, until they are well established-not too many days-it's worth the wait.:bigjoint:

a 1000w needs to be about 6 feet away from new cuttings, you're burning those puppies !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That's too young for plants to be under 1000W and too close to the light. Either bring that 1000 up to the ceiling or take them out from under it.
