If I was to use just water to flush I would do a minimum of 3 gals of water for every gal of soil. Using hh and Olympus up to flush I just use the normal feeding amount. All the cal in hh bonds to the salts, freeing them to be flushed away with your next watering, if a microbe doesn't get to the new compound first that is. The new bond is also food for your microbials.
That microbials your talking about really like haveing that simple sugars and carb load from aphrodites exchange, I don't use the full amount the feeding chart says but I usually go half of it

Thought I'd post my nutrient schedule, although typically I keep my nute's between 6.3 and 6.6 (veg or flower) so thats off but, I use the whole line except the calcium syrup and I use the written in or non scribbled out values. Each measurement is per 1 gallon of R.O. or spring water(occasionally).
CHECK IT!

These names are hilarious.

You use all 14 of them?

I use all 14 except the calcium syrup I would buy it but I can't seem to find it anywhere. I foliar feed regularly twice a week and use pegasus potion the first week of bloom sometimes as well.

Scott sent the nutrient schedule to me in the sample pack about 6 months ago. I also grabbed one from my local grow supply store thats actaully a little different from the chart i posted not as detailed feedin schedule, imho this is the one I use and I put clear packing tape on it so if it gets wet while I'm reading it the ink doesn't smear and I have eraseable marker written on the tap for the changes I've made.

i know of demeters, i was just wondering if that was what you were talking about at first lol. Yea i got one of those sample packs with the 6 big bottles and 2 lil bottles back in the day 2. but never saw a schedule with the calcium syrup on it. i wonder if that was a older schedule old and discontinued, or if its something thats coming still? i dont think it exists... or ever has

yeah the first chart ive never seen before bit the second chart is the one i have . and i have found out my issues its due to using tap water even letting it sit .so imma just cough up the bucks and buy distilled water again. im still getting yellow from the bottom from half my plants but it starting to fix itself only one showed no sign of recovery and continue to yellow out but i am doing a mid vegatative flush from what scott suggested that i do from previous emails from last grow.hopefully it takes of from there im getting really bushy plants instead of tall ones but its def taking longer this trip vegging height wise than last but i am using a t5 h.o to veg instead of hps lamp this trip my nodes are only and inch to two inch apart my plants i can say about a foot and half tall each and killed off 3 so i have 11 total cant wait to transplant and change the light cycle getting impatient need medicine

Why do you think the tapwater is your issue?

i believe its my e.c has to be since i dnt have an e.c meter i just pin it on that and ph issue due to my fault of not ph-ing water in its early stage.
