Nirvana Shop - Review

I sent Nirvana an e-mail warning (it was a Thursday) them that unless I heard back from them in 24 hours, I would cancel the credit card transaction. Nirvana ignored me.

The following Monday I called the credit card company and cancelled the Nirvana transaction.

The next day, I got an e-mail from Nirvana telling me that they had "shipped" me some replacement seeds. That afternoon, I got three really ugly e-mails informing me that I was blacklisted and blah blah blah. LMFAO!!!

Way back in December, I told Nirvana that I needed my seeds in early Jan and I didn't have fucking forever to wait around for them to send me my seeds. Now, I have lost several weeks of the best growing season because of Nirvana's horrible customer service.

Blacklisting customers??? What kind of idiotic business pracice is that????

hahahahahahahahaha .. AS if i would ever buy anything from Nirvana ever again!!!

Pistol Panda denies that whe works for Nirvana, but she put a link to the website in her post.

Who the fuck raves about some bullshit trivial e-mailing procedure - like it is some big deal - and then puts a link to a seed company website in a review????

Every time anybody talks shit about Nirvana, within 24 hours, some smartass web watcher will reply with all this horseshit praise to contradict you.

Nirvana is a terrible seed company that needs to manipulate their web reputation to hide the truth that they rip off their customers (and sell crappy seeds)

Look at the bright side, maybe those seeds went out the door before they realized you cancelled, probably why they are pissed...lol

idk I'm not affiliated with nirvana but iv had nothing but good service from them, but iv only ordered from them 3 times. I did get a bad batch of seeds that had poor germ rate but they sent a replacement right away and 100% of those germed.but they're genetics are wack out of 10 plants of same strains no 2 look identical. and even one runt

Attitude is a seed broker, just selling others products. Nirvana sells their own beans. I'm growing their Bubblelicious and it's doing very nicely....

For the 2nd time, I don't work for Nirvana. I was just complaining about how little their seeds were in comparison to other seeds. The seeds I got are about 1/3rd the size of the seeds I see in mids. I also questioned their genetics and if they were harvesting their seeds too early. Does that sound like I work for them?

My responses to people's complaints aren't to boost Nirvana, I'm offering a suggestion to try and get stuff sorted out. Any company would blacklist you if you take your cash back. You don't just go to a fine restaurant and demand to have a steak cooked to your specifications immediately, and then freak out when it's not ready in a minute. Nor do you go to a restaurant and order food, then leave without paying. Both of those things will get you banned from said eatery. Perhaps if you wanted to fix things with Nirvana, you could send them an email and pay them what you owe them.

Honestly, if I owed a seed bank, or any company for that matter and someone came in acting like a big of a prick as you make yourself out to be, I would tell them to fuck off and then have security escort them out (if a physical business, not online). Online, I would simply refuse service.

Oh, I'm a he.

EDIT: As for the 24 hour thing, forgive me for monitoring threads that I post?

Seed size is genetically determined. Sativa seeds are often much smaller than indica seeds. I have some haze seeds that are so small they are as small as ant heads. I never thought they would pop. They did, no problem. If your seeds are white or very light green, then that's a seed production issues (seeds harvested too early) and then you have a complaint. But small seeds is all predetermined.... and you can't do much about it.

Ahhh, they're small. Which is sorta odd, as Papaya is supposed to be an Indica heavy strain... nonetheless, we'll see how they do. They're not really white, they're just light brown with a white ride as opposed to the usual dark brown with a black ridge.

Yep, that's the way they do it - they send you all these reassuring e-mails and then only deliver 2 out of three of your orders ... and then they ignore you when you write to complain.

Last Dec-Jan I placed five different oders with Nirvana - three arrived. Two orders ($95 total) failed to arrive - Nirvana just ignores all e-mails to them. I am disputing the charges with the credit card company now.

Nirvana appears to have a rat in the rug somewhere in their shipping department - way too many customer complaints about failed deliveries AND their customer service in handling complaints is terrible.

DO NOT USE NIRVANA - THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.
this guy has been a member since Jan 2012, he has 5 posts and this is one of them... I call bullshit on you sir,

I have had 2 orders from them come through both times, first in 10 days from start to finish, 2nd was 7 days (arrived today). So I think this blatant slander is uncalled for. Nirvana has a reputation as one of the only "sure thing" companies to order from. The shipping company "TNT" is like the FedEx of Europe. The package never comes from the Netherlands the port of exit is always France or Germany (increasing stealth). So far every fem seed I have tried to germ has been successful and not a single hermi.

did you ever stop to think maybe the totally illegal order you placed got picked up by customs? Its not the responsibility of Nirvana to refund or replace your seeds, its your fault for ordering them. Just be happy fuzz isnt knocking on your door!

way to put a fail-safe in your crappy argument so that ANYONE who sees through the thick layers of bullshit you are applying to this thread will automatically become "an agent of Nirvana" (actually that kind of has a nice ring to it).

in case you have yet to notice, rollitup.org has 0 time for people like you. Unless you have something well thought out, articulated and valuable to say (be it negative or positive) then maybe you should just stay your typing hands. you sound like you should work for a politician, they love rampant, audacious smear campaigns, you'd fit right in.

Quitekeen,

These comments are very encouraging. Can I be clear that you placed your order online, they processed it and shipped it, and you received it in 10 days from placing the order? If this is about average for Nivana I better get ready!

Day 10 from when it's shipped, SeaBow. Did you get confirmation of shipping or just confirmation of order in processing?

With any breeder, quality depends on the strain selected. Like life, some are winners and some are losers.....
