NITROGEN TOXICITY???

NEW GROWTH IS ALL DISTORTED. OLDER FAN LEAVES WITH TIP CURL. SOME LEAVES JUST DISSAPEARED. JUST CURIOUS WHAT OTHERS OPINIONS ARE. THANKS

It looks like you got some bug issues. You might a spray of neem. They also look maybe overwatered. Were they started indoors?

Yes, they were started inside and due to some mistakes by my partner while I was a way they began to flower. They were coming back into.veg and then this happened.

The color of the plant itself looks good, not particularly dark in any way like what's typical with nitrogen toxicity. I would bet it's from going from flower back to veg -- the leaves get all curled, twisted and funky looking like that sometimes. You just kinda have to wait it out, it'll recover though.
