Non-diastatic Liquid Malt(molasses)

So I went out looking for the "ultimate" molasses.I was at some organic health store where they had a few to pick from.Apparently this type of molasses has the most enzymes left because it wasn't boiled as long as most molasses.It's pretty thick shit I tell you but sure looks promising.Has any of the pro's heard of this shit and what do you think??
