NUNAVUT RESIDENTS

To maintain the integrity of our program we are now limiting the number of units to 20g per order. We have implemented this policy to discourage those seeking to abuse our Terms of Service.

TO CUSTOMERS IN NUNAVUT, THE YUKON, THE NORTHWEST TERRITORIES AND NORTHERN QUEBEC.

Due to suspected abuses of the program terms, an surcharge fee for orders to these regions is $50.

We don't guarantee replacements for missing orders to NU, YK, NWT & Northern Quebec.

Because of the extra effort we must make when shipping orders to the north, we charge a $50 surcharge fee for all orders to NU, YK, NWT and Northern Quebec.

We have a higher rate of theft and loss of orders to Nunavut, Yukon, Northwest Territories and Northern Quebec than anywhere else in Canada.

We do everything we can to ensure safe delivery of your order. However, we do not guarantee orders sent to Nunavut, the Yukon, the Northwest Territories or Northern Quebec. If your order is stolen or goes missing we reserve the right not replace it.

i saw on the news yesterday that 12 pack of pop (pepsi etc...) is 22$+tax in Attawapiskat, Ontario (up in northern Northern Ontario)

the North gets boned on everything and the northern tax credit hardly makes up for it at the end of the year

I had a brief discussion with a rep on their site, and she asked if I would like a one-time $35 credit to my account with them, to combat the new surcharge. I politely declined. Living in the north has disadvantages, but I'm not bending over for a company when others on the web (CCC, HD) do not charge this ridiculous surcharge and WILL replace if it is seized / stolen.

PGE just wants to have their cake and eat it too.

Denied.
