Twisting tends to be pH related, let them get used to the new food, it should clear right up.
Keep up the teas, don't stop. they are not feeding the plant, they are feeding the microbes.
Your plant tells the microbes what it needs and they provide it. No flushing needed, the plants will just yellow out by themselves if you don't harvest them. Also feed kelp about once a week, it contains an incredibly large amount of elements. And sprinkle little Epsom salt once you get to about week 4 of flower.

So..someone correct me if Im wrong but I do believe you are slowing down your microbial teas quite a bit by making it with kelp...I always keep nute teas and microbial teas sperate ...I think adding the kelp at the end may be OK..im not sure..maybe times have changed but from what grease told me when I started I think for some reason or the other kelp really slowed down the microbes ...and what would be the harm of adding it sperate anyways...so just a little info ..for my microbial teas I will sometimes get a small handful of soil from a field, small handful from the woods..small handful from under an old ass stump with fluffy black soil, ewc, molasses.. diversity is what I go for mostly...oh..and I use my compost and some store bought compost...

the only way to know is to look at it with a microscope. i don't really see how the Kelp would slow it down... but i could be wrong! I actually started a kelp/ewc/bsm tea last night. first one i've made in probably 6 months.... figured i'd do it just to recharge my no tills that are about 4 weeks into flower right now. I don't even think they really need it, but hey, isn't gonna hurt a thing!

This was tested w a microscope..I think ..don't quote me..but I think Tim the microbe man did it and he seen significant decline in the building of the microbes

Some reason I wasn’t gettin updates from this thread. Anyways unfortunately I stopped my teas like 3 weeks ago. Plants still look healthy at 6 weeks now but dang with I would’ve stayed on those teas. I shall get one brewing tomorrow and keep on it till harvest. I still have a good 3 weeks left or more. I’m just glad they’ve made it this far really.

lookin good man. i wouldn't run the teas all the way til the end. i would just do one final one or two and let it run to the end so it can finish up and consume itself the rest of the way. all i'm seeing is a little N def... which is fine at this point in the grow. it will continue to pull from the lowers.

This is week 7 from flip. I’m just not good at taking pics yet but looks to me that I have 2 or so weeks left. The bad things is the front plant looks like it will be ready before the front plant. I was gonna use my grow box to dry out my buds so I might have to come up with something different or just pull them both st the same time. This is just s bagseed fun but would still like to get the best quality I can’t out of them. Also I have a loupe on the so I can actually start checking trichs in the next few days. As far as the tea I actually held off on making another cause I wanted to do some more research on if they would benefit from it. Do you think I should go ahead and do one more now to get me through the next feed weeks until harvest? Thanks again to all that have replied.

I dont see where a light tea would hurt u bub... U can.. I just wouldnt make it stong or anything.. And if ur wanting the best quality u can get i def wouldn't pull them if they aint ready...do u have any experience in curing.. That will help out quality too if its done properly.... I personally check my trics and chop when about 95% are cloudy and just a few ambers.... And btw idk if u have done this before but sometimes some parts of the plant finishes before the rest.. Generally towards the top... U can chop those when done and start the drying process.. And that also has a big affect on quality.. My drys take about a week, week and a half ..i dry in the dark at a constant temp too... I wait till the stems are almost ready to snap ..nowt acrually snapping.. U gotta get use to this a lil.. And i start my cure..if i jar my buds and check em about an hr later and they smell wet.. I dry em on a screen till they are ready

those look like short plants, so i'd say they'll be ready all the way through when then are done. and yeah the cure is the most important part. agree 100% with gorealuhgro, jar up when the smallest stems crack, but the bigger ones do not. get yourself a caliber IV or a caliber analog hygrometer (these things last frickin forever) and watch the humidity level in your jars. anything above 65% needs more airing out. 60-65% is the curing range and just needs burped every day for the first week or two. don't get below 60% RH too quickly or the cure will stop or take a very long time.

Totally right there buddy.. Some of my stems snap but the bigger ones dont.. They feel Almost like they will but they just bend... Once that moisture is gone, its gone... Yeah.. Ull feel ur buds be spongier when u jar em after a stem snaps.. But a proper cure imo is freaking crucial to quality... And those things shulby are telling u to get are the shit.. for someone who isnt use to a cure.. Or even a vet.. They make life a lot more simple.. And when u burp take em all out.. I do.. I set them on a screen... About 20 min.. It depends i guess.. Then close em up and hide em in the dark for another 10 hrs...

And id say ur prob spot on about em being done all at once.. But it wont hurt to check.. And if they have some done and some not might luck out and the remainder will finish with the other plant.. But id say ur correct.. Im not much on small plants or indoor

This will be only the third time Ive made it to harvest. once I pulled way too early. Before the swell and turned to airy shit buds. Another time I waited to pull them but don’t think I cured properly cause they just tasted like I was smoking hay. So no not much experience with curing. I have a light tea im brewing now for one last feed. Then I will pull plants when 95% cloudy. I am also looking now at hygrometers. Is it worth it to buy alittle more expensive one or will the cheap ones work just as well? Also should I get a couple of them or can I move the one between jars if needed. I have no problem gettin bud to smoke around here so I won’t be in any big rush to smoke my herb besides the excitement of seeing how good it is. So I plan on doin a longer cure. Thanks again for all the advice

Id get multiple meters.. Id say less expensive ones are fine.. I wouldnt get one for every jar or nuttin... Id just get multiple ones to check so ur not opening and disrupting the cure checking diff jars... You'll get use to the weed and how to cure it a lot better with those.. You will be able to do a good cure w.o them as time goes by... Iv personally never used one but i damn sure wish i had one awhile back

just get one of the ones i mentioned. they're the industry standard pretty much for jars. if you are attentive you can put an even distribution of bud sizes in each jar so they're all roughly the same, and then just move the hygrometer from jar to jar occasionally just to make sure they're all roughly the same. check out growweedeasy.com for curing instructions. should work like a charm.

Hey everyone I’ve been on this site for a while and made a few post. Was having terrible luck first starting out with organics but starting to get the hang of things. Made my mix almost a year ago and at first was way too hot but now that it’s cooked for a while has seemed to mellow out.

Organic mix I made:
Peatmoss
Compost
Manure
EWC
Perlite
Oyster shell
Lime
Blood meal
Bone meal
Fish fert
Alfalfa meal
Kelp meal
Dash of Jobes organic fert

This run I started seeds in promix HP and petite. When I uppotted in one container I did 50/50 my mix to the promix (rectangle)In another pot I used strictly my mix (round)

These plants popped on December 24th.
Bag seed

So far I have used only water. Temps are good humidity is good. Decent light

I just flipped the lights yesterday. Just wanted some input on if I should try to start some teas to get me through flower or if I should just water only this run and see how far it takes me. Any and all input appreciated. Sorry for the blur ole. Will post bette photos later.
My shit is way to hot right now... I just added a little and it burned the crap out of my plants. How long do you usually wait before yours is usable?
