northern lights aero info ?

Hi all
can someone give me some advice .Just bought some sensi seed n/l .germinated fine and are just beginning to root through my rookwool cube in aero propagator..i will be transferring to my aero table which is a 4 hole amazon system.they will go under a 600 watt m/h light for a veg period.my question is does any body have any experience with this set up.space is not an issue and I wont to reach my max yield.how long should you veg them for .I recently tried with a barnys farm seed and vegged for around 3 weeks and they reached around just over 1ft tall basically covering the table.then I flipped them to flower .generally it was ok apart from the crazy stretch from a so called indica plant..i think il steer clear of barnys from now and have heared good things about sensi n/l..is it safe to get them to around the 1ft height or less or can you grow them bigger .my aim is best yield so time and space not an issue

I too have a n/l from sensi seeds growing in aerogarden. I'm currently on week three and plant is a foot tall under led lights with cfl's added also. I've thought about changing to flower in another week but also thought I'd like plant to be around 16-18 inches. I'm very curious to see what answers you get from more experienced growers.
