Not sure if nut burn or lack

Hey!
First time coco grower and I have one girl showing some weird symptoms. It looks like a nut burn but I'm feeding them just with ph 5.8 and 0.8EC and all the others girls looks pretty healthy. Runoff ph is 6.1 and EC1.1, so I'm not sure if raise EC a little bit or decrease it just for this one. Also I'm adding 0.8 ml of 10 volumens h2o2 per liter because there was algae in the coco surface, starting using it like 3 days ago. Also I water them every 12 hours and when I'm too busy 1 time a day (but almost every day I water them every 12 hours).
Any help is welcome.

The two in the middle and back are 18 days old (including the affected one) and the two in the front are 13 days old.

I suspect you are watering and feeding too much. coco will trap both water and nutrients and you should let the coco dry out some before you water again. same thing with potting soil. keeping the coco soaked with water prevents roots from taking up nutrients as oxygen is needed. oxygen that's provided by air. also, if you have higher ec than what goes in, you're probably over ferting. you can over fert with too much in one shot, or you can over fert over time with lower ec amounts but feeding frequently such that over days you build up too much in the coco or soil. you have leaf tip yellowing and dying which is usually caused by over fert. it looks like you're watering/feeding to often.

Allright I'll reduce the frequency for watering and I'll give ph balanced water to that plant for a few days, I gave it regular doses of nuts and now she looks little bit worse than yesterday. So Hope it works.

Checked them again and runoff water it's at 6.8ph and 1.1 ec when I'm giving to her 5.8 phed water and 0.8 ec. Rinsed with 4.8 ph water and half regular nuts dose, I gave her 8 liters of water but runoff ph doesn't drop. Still at 6.8 and ec droped at 0.8 ec. How should I proceed?

This is how she was before the rinse.

Hey, the plant is now looking worse.
Noticed that there is algae in the coco surface, could it be cause of the symptoms?
