NPK - mg/Kg - Veg/Flower

Hopefully, my topic gives you a good idea of what I'm trying to figure out.

I've found a pretty great store that sells some basic hydro stuff local to me. They have super cheap nutrients and I have been trying to appropriate them to use for some great bud. My main source has been this vv thread/post.

Ok seems I cannot post links yet :( If you're really interested, google this "Thread: Nutrient Recipes, Formulas, Guidelines, Implementations and Thoughts"

First up, does PPM factor in atomic/molecular mass? I've seen so many discussions where people use PPM and mg/Kg interchangeably, but that doesn't really sit right with me. The nutrients available are described as

Part A (base mix)

Nitrogen N 66g/kg
Phosphorus P 45g/kg
Potassium K 239g/kg
Magnesium Mg 45g/kg
Sulphur S 71g/kg

Part B (veg additive)

Nitrogen N 117g/kg
Calcium Ca 166g/kg

Part C (flowering additive)

Phosphorus P 227g/kg
Potassium K 286g/kg
These are then diluted into 5 litres of water, with A being 525g, B 350g and C is 125g, these are then further combined into the reservoir as needed. A is the main mix, B is mostly nitrogen for veg and C is a PK flowering mix.

I've managed to set up similar ratios as to what was recommended in the earlier referenced post, but I'm not sure whether I should be doing proper conversions for PPM-mg/Kg or mg/L conversions.

Secondly, there seems to be so much contradictory information repeated online. Besides the given subjectivity of grows, is there a "standard" NPK ratio for veg and flowering?

Also, is it stupid to use an autopot instead of something like watering coco buy hand? It seems extremely convenient with little downside.

Any input or suggestion is welcomed and thanks in advance!

Tl;dr: NPK ratios?

Amazon only ships limited items to my country due to so many parcels ending up undelivered - I have alternative shipping options that I use for my business, but I guess the point is, why spend $50 to ship 2kgs of nutrients in, when I can buy 15kg locally for the cost of just shipping?
