Hi guys second grow.
strain: aurora indica
light : 80,000 lux
I ran into ph problems early flowering where it dipped below 6. After I brought the ph back up I had low humidity (35%) for about 2 weeks until recently due to broken humidifier. its about 6 weeks into flower now and I'm getting burnt tips (especially on sugar leaves and newer growth) so all I can think of is flushing. I use earth juice for fert. 1 tbsp EJ bloom / 1 teaspoon EJ cata for the last 2 weeks and before that I was giving 1 tbsp of EJ grow as well through flowering . any advice is great I don't have a ppm meter D: here are some pics

Greetings. Looks like nutes lock/def to me as well. Low N for sure. Fading way to early. They look like they are starving. At this week in my grows they are at 900-1100 ppm every other day.

I get this on my headbands around week 4 if they don't get more N during early flower than my others. In fact if I feed my others the same mix the HB gets they turn super dark green and N Tox and the HB will just be getting a nice green and shine on.

I got this so bad once it was raining leafs until I hit it with PSB tea late and hated doing it but it stopped.

Coco or soil?

Or ignore all of that cause could be a salt tox. (Prolly shouldn't be answering while peaking)

those plants look familiar lol

the yellowing is N def

the burnt tips/edges/margins is magnesium def ...clearly seen by the taco/canoe shape of the leaf margins curling upward seen in the last two pics

you don't have nute burn

don't do anything to those except let them finish

next grow run veg nutes the first 2 weeks into flower then
use your bloom nutes the same but add calmag 5mls per gallon and Epsom salt 0.5 to 1 gram per gallon every time you mix nutes

the calmag will add some N and magnesium and the Epsom will add magnesium

btw congrats
those are some nice looking plants

I ran veg nutes 3 weeks into flower. so if nitrogen is the only reason for an entire plant to turn yellow so quick then Earth juice fert must just be trash. lol and thank you very much :D I'm glad to know the power of Epsom salt now .

Epsom salts also add sulfur which is often the "secret" ingredient in boosters designed to increase trich production and size.

Earth Juice is decent stuff but it looks like they weren't getting enough the first couple weeks of flowering when plants eat more than any other time of growing. A good dose of Bloom a few days before flipping is what you want to get the most out of bud growth. Could just be the way that strain goes as it's gets closer to the end of it's life too. You really have to overdose with EJ to burn your plants. The plant I just cropped had it's fan leaves go solid purple and I was thinking it was nute burn so ended up chopping it too soon. I'd flushed the hell out of too so it was getting little to eat. First run with this strain but 50 seeds of it are sprouted now for a SoG grow.

Don't give them too much N at this point as it will inhibit flower growth and you don't want that. :)

:peace:

shit directions? really?. I used about 7 diff kinds of hydro nutrients when I loved hydro and followed directions to a T with impressive results with all of them. I ran in to trouble with the ones that claimed organic hydro though, but the others were spot on here.
sorry you had troubles

actually, its NOT working for me. I grow organic now for years and years. I got off the bottle a long time ago.
not sure how farm nutrients found their way into my garden in the first place. I started my organic trek with
a dozen commercial worm farm bins. Wit an estimate of 100,000 little wigglers I was able to grow the best mj I ever had.
what a back breaking deal that was. Did that for a couple years then found organicare crumbles/problend to be comparable without the dirt/slime/transfer and management of worms.

organic for the win!
