Nute burn of deficiency? Leaves on buds getting burns week 3 flower

I’ve been feeding my plants at 800-1000ppm this past week and I noticed some of the leaves on the buds looking a little burnt. It’s very minor right now. I’m growing in soil room temps are 75-78 lights on and 70-75 lights off. I’m using a 1000w air cooled SE at 24” away from the tops. Here is a pic. Any info I left out just let me know. Any help would be appreciated!

That's light burn or from water on the leaves under the lights. One leaf draped over another will trap moisture between and the lower leaf will get a big brown spot.

Nute burn starts at the tips and margins of the leaves not at random spots on them.

That looks like no deficiency I've ever seen and I've seen them all.

That makes perfect sense I’ve been spraying PHed ro water to clean off any residue left from my neem oil applications in the first week of flower. I sprayed them during lights on with the ballast on 100% like an idiot. Thank you for your help!
