yes both good.
when vegging i start to feed at week 4 vegg.
and feed 1 time a week.
and when i goto 12/12 i feed bio bloom every other water every 4 to 5 days.
one water, one feed,and so on.
the food you have, tell how much to use/mix with water, on the back, of the bottle.
