I'm a first time grower, I went out and spent around $2400 and got everything I need for an aeroponics system and the room is completely finished. The store I bought the stuff from gave me a list with the mixtures of the nutrients I bought, how much to mix, and how many weeks to use it for (for the different cycles). I don't have this list anymore and the store is no longer open. Can someone help me out here? I'll list what I have and if I can find my digicam I'll post pics of all the equipment.

Some of the names are pretty obvious, for growing blooming flushing and so on..But I don't know much about this. Can someone tell me what mixture of these nutrients I should use and for how long before switching? I have 30 plants in foam waiting to be put in lava rocks and I honestly have no idea what nutrients and how much to put in my tank.
